COVID-19 Information

Our clinic is open again and we are taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.  Infection control has always been a top priority for our clinic and we are following enhanced infection control procedures during the pandemic.

You may see some changes when it's time for your next appointment.  For example:
  • We will ask you some screening questions before your appointment.  When you arrive for your appointment we will check your temperature and ask you to fill out a form which includes futher COVID-19 screening questions.  Our staff and dentist are also required to self-assess daily for COVID-19 symptoms and check their temperature.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer by the door when you enter the office.  We also have hand sanitizer available in the reception area for you to use as needed.  All contact surfaces are disinfected frequently during the day.
  • Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines and childrens' toys, since they are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • We will no longer offer headphones in the dental chair.  You are welcome to bring your own headphones to plug into our TV system, or watch the TV without sound.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for physical distancing between patients.  We are allowing more time between patients to reduce waiting time for you and reduce the number of patients in the reception area at one time.

Please respect the following to facilitate physical distancing and to help minimize the number of people in the reception area:
  • Please wear a mask to the clinic if you have one
  • If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time
  • Please come to the appointment by yourself if possible.  If someone is with you, please have them wait in the car (except parent with child or patients requiring assistance).
